Plans are being made for the following meals and activities.
If you are mentioned or haven’t been asked to bring something, please feel free to bring
drinks, desserts, brownies/cookies and a vegetable dish,
coffee & juice & milk for breakfast menu.
Casual get together on
Friday evening starting around
5 pm.
The grill will be hot and ready for food on demand as you arrive.
Hot dogs and sides and desserts are planned for the menu.
Marshall Ison will be in charge and he would welcome any help.
Linda Bledsoe and Rena Gregory will provide Ginger Snaps like Maw use to make.
Everyone should bring drinks.
Bill Crace will be in charge of
Saturday morning breakfast.
Breakfast will be served between
9 and 11 AM.
We plan to have pancakes & sausages, gravy & biscuits,
scrambled eggs, fruit & sweets, coffee and juice.
Debra Fields and Valerie Horn will bring homemade biscuits.
We are looking for more volunteers to make biscuits.
Contact Bill if you can contribute anything for breakfast.
Bethany Baxter has agreed to organize a
hike on Saturday around 11 AM.
A bag lunch will be provided.
Bring a water bottle if you have one.
The plan is to go to
Lilly Cornett Woods about 20 minutes away.
Plan to wear your best hiking boots or tennis shoes & socks.
Drivers will be needed. Bring your bug spray & hat.
Sign up sheets will be posted on Friday.
Callie Horn is organizing a
Horseback Riding outing in the area
that will accommodate 18 Horseback Riders.
We hope to have more information on this soon.
A lunch will be provided for those who are doing this activity.

Lavenia Baxter will be in charge of
lunch on Saturday around 12:30
Turkey & Ham sandwiches, cold salads & brownies/cookies will be served.
We need some cold salads for this.
(Our cookbook had a lot of great salads if you need a suggestion)
Natalie Baxter will help you
silk screen a t-shirt – all ages.
Bring your own t-shirt.
Jennifer Baxter & Callie Horn will
face paint on Saturday morning.
Bring a clean face.
(They could use another helper if anyone would like to volunteer)
Missy Schoenstra has agreed to be in charge of a
children’s activity table.
A
Photo Station will be set up with Hats & Accessories, for people
who would like to take a silly picture.
Bring your cameras and take pictures with your “silly” relatives.
Bring a photo or item from your family for show and tell or just tell a story from the past
that people might like to hear.
Dinner at 6 PM on Saturday
Marshall Ison & Don Ison will be
grilling ribs & chicken on Saturday
for the supper menu.
We need people to bring some sides and desserts.
Please bring tomatoes from your gardens if you have lots.
Brenda Hannahs will provide Cornbread
Leanna Ison will provide potatoes for the meal
Corn & Green Beans will be on the menu.
We hope lots of people bring desserts.
Square Dancing after dinner.
Wear your best dancing shoes.
We hope to find a few musicians and a caller for the dancing.
